Prepare the Package

Place the items in their original HAY packaging, ensuring all protective inserts and tags are intact to prevent damage during transit.

Attach Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your box.

Drop Off and Refund

Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days.
